This policy sets out how Team Linsec Pty Ltd, trading as MyWebTeam (“We/Us”) manage your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and where applicable, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our use of AI Tools and LLM’s is governed by this privacy policy, and we exercise all reasonable endeavours to ensure that our use of AI is SOC2 compliant and that all information used with the AI Tool’s and LLM’s is treated in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. We will not input any personal information received from you into an AI or LLM unless you have instructed us to do so or we have your express consent.

12. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
